How do I get started with Textito?
expand_moreGetting started is easy! Simply sign up for a free account, complete your business profile, and start adding customers. You'll get 30 days of free access to try all features. During your trial, you can send up to 250 messages and manage 50 contacts.
Do I need to set up a phone number?
expand_moreYes, you'll need to provision a phone number through our setup process. This number will be used to send SMS messages to your customers. We handle the technical setup and compliance requirements for you.
How do I import my existing customers?
expand_moreYou can import customers using our CSV import feature. Go to the Customers page and click "Import Contacts". We support CSV files with columns for name, phone number, email, and other customer details. We'll guide you through the mapping process.
